Antoinette leads the Real Estate Management Services group in Canada. She has progressive and broad-based experience leading Real Estate teams at several major private/public corporations, including several notable Fortune 500 companies. Antoinette is a recognized, respected leader in the Canadian real estate industry. Possessing almost 30-years of experience in all facets of real estate operations she has earned a reputation for adeptly managing large corporate real estate teams, innovating service delivery, and enhancing growth and profitability for several large corporations including a major real estate services company.

John Duda, Senior Vice President, National Accounts & Eastern Canada

John is responsible for the management and pursuit of national accounts and accounts based in Eastern Canada. Working in partnership with all regional leads, John is a key member of the Real Estate Management Services leadership team responsible for our client strategy, growing our business and enhancing our service delivery. John possesses extensive experience across North America in all aspects of Real Estate management.

Michael is responsible for leading the property management team in Western Canada and delivering comprehensive property management solutions to our clients. With over 24 years in the real estate industry, Michael brings a wealth of expertise in the real estate industry.

Jim MacKenzie, Vice-President, Facility Services

Jim provides strategic leadership and technical oversight of Colliers' Facility Services operations. Jim supports Collier's property management operations through the provision of the Colliers 24-Hour Service Centre and a national team of service technicians and management staff, across Colliers managed portfolio. Jim also provides project management services, technical consultation, and strategies for transforming building systems and operations.

Rick O'Dell, Vice-President, Client Accounting

Rick works alongside the property management teams to ensure service excellence in our client accounting, reporting, and business applications. He is an effective accounting and information technology professional  with extensive experience in property accounting and operations, business systems, and reporting in the real estate industry. Rick is a proven, strong leader with track record in identifying operational efficiencies and maintaining highly engaged teams that are motivated to provide quality information and excellent customer service.

David Wilson, Managing Director, Vancouver Island

Dave is responsible for the day to day operations of the Real Estate Management Services division for Vancouver Island, including the supervision of all staff. He has overall responsibility for all aspects of property management in a portfolio of commercial properties specializing in retail and office buildings. He is the primary point of contact for communication with his clients.

Morley Barr, Regional Director, Alberta

Morley is responsible for the delivery and execution of property management services to clients in the Edmonton and Calgary areas. Morley has over 19 years experience in property and asset management, including large regional shopping centres, class “AA” and “A” office buildings, small suburban office buildings, industrial parks and retail power centres.

Allan Yearwood, Vice President, Eastern Canada

Allan Yearwood is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the property management team in Eastern Canada. He is responsible for leading the team in their daily functions.
